Our Story
Born from the streets of Busan, raised in the heart of Dubai. Sura means "The King’s Feast" but this isn’t about crowns. It’s about command. The command of fire, steel, and flavor. Founded by Chef Pepe (Geunsung Park), Sura was built to challenge the rules of dining, immersive, raw, and full of attitude.

Tradition isn’t static. It moves, evolves, and burns brighter with every twist. At Sura, Korean BBQ gets a remix. Three types of charcoal, zero shortcuts. We don’t play safe. We play with fire.
Chef’s Profile
Chef Pepe (Geunsung Park), Busan-born, globally trained, locally fearless. He grew up in street markets, mastered haute kitchens, and built a brand that refuses to compromise. Award-winning, fire-obsessed, and co-owner of Sura, this is his playground.
Ambience & Location
Located at Le Méridien Dubai Hotel & Conference Centre. A split-level concept: upstairs for primal grill moments, downstairs for lounge energy and cocktails that hit different. Dim light, soft smoke, and the pulse of DJ WAD spinning Seoul into Dubai nights
